Our Story
Mulberry Homes Private Limited began with a simple observation: Noida had plenty of hotels, but very few places that felt like a home in the sky. Travellers arriving in Sector 94 were choosing between anonymous hotel corridors and cramped rentals — with nothing in between that offered the space, the privacy and the view that a landmark address like Supernova Spira deserves.
So we created it. Today Mulberry Homes is a collection of privately styled apartments spread across the upper floors of Supernova Spira, one of Noida's tallest and most recognisable residential towers. Every stay is a real apartment — not a hotel room — with its own character, its own outlook, and its own name.
From Skyline Stay 23 looking out over the glittering city at night, to RiverAura 33 and SkyRiver 43 facing the quiet curve of the Yamuna, each home was set up for one thing: to make guests feel like they live here, even if only for a night.
